Life is super busy nowadays that busyness is not only affecting our physical health but also mental health. Everyone is looking for ways to stay calm and relax to boost their mental health.
I would also like to mention a misconception of mental health. We think that mental is a preconceived problem and cannot be managed most of the time. In the end, we put everyone on genes. Let’s define mental health.
What is mental health?
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), mental health is defined as:
Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.

As we can see, mental health spans much more than mental disorders or disabilities; it includes how we think, feel, and act. I am pleased to say that people are becoming more aware of mental health issues than they were previously.
